Quantitative: 90 interviewers for face to face interviews (in home, street corner, business to business and telephone interviews. We have 7 field supervisors and our own Data Processing Department.
Qualitative: A permanent team of 10 moderators with over 6 years of experience. Several are bilingual (English, Spanish, French) and we have also a team of professional translators who regularly work with us (experienced in simultaneous translation). We have our own viewing facilities (rooms with one way mirror in Lisbon and in Oporto) and our own Recruitment Department. We also have a test kitchen totally equipped (ovens, stoves, microwaves, refrigerator and freezer).
We also have other technical equipment available such as TV, video, sound system for translations, video camera and video projector.

On-going surveys/programs: 20 monthly trackings for mass-market products. We also have a Qualitative Omnibus – with periodical focus groups that include different sections to gather information for different clients – a good alternative when the client has a restricted budget and the issue does not justify a full research (frequent in communication / advertisement development).
