Quantitative: 9 qualified consultants, including two specialists in advanced statistical analysis. Plus a team of field interviewers with multilingual capabilities. National coverage; telephone interviews, face to face, business-business, mystery shopping, intercept/on location interviews.
Qualitative: 8 qualified moderators, including two specialised in industrial research. Due to geographic vastness of Australia, numerous locations are sought for qualitative facilities. As most research groups, we hire purpose built facilities in a wide number of areas, as well as having our own facilities in Central Sydney. We also have a system for remote video streaming of group room footage across secure internet portals for client viewing.
