Quantitative: Data of the highest quality is the basis for any good evaluation and successful recommendation. That's why we meticulously follow the data collection process and constantly check the consistency and reliability of the data even while the survey is still in progress, because we accept no compromises when it comes to checking the data and its quality.
Our staff are generally above-average graduates of renowned universities with many years of professional experience in quantitative and qualitative research. Over 40 percent of our staff have a doctorate or have completed a second course of study.
When it comes to quantitative interviews, the interviewers receive detailed interview guidelines and are personally trained for the specific project before the research commences, and are constantly supervised during the fieldwork phase.
Qualitative: We work with research facilities in the major centres like Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg, as well as having our own facilities in Munich. When it comes to moderating focus groups or conducting in-depth interviews, we work exclusively with our own experienced staff. These psychologists and social scientists possess a sound training in methodology, experience of qualitative methods and interview techniques, plus many years of professional experience.

For online surveys Vocatus has its own online access pool, with 55,000 registered members. This pool is constantly kept up-to-date via regular re-registration, systematic updating of addresses, and offline identity checks, and is furthermore constantly added to with CATI-recruited people.
On-going surveys/programs: We run several ongoing industry studies that are jointly commissioned be the leading players in the respective industries, namely in automotive, telecommunication fixed line providers and mobile phone providers.
