Impressions of the "Dealer Satisfaction" project: Once I’d taken up my current position in Germany, many on-the-spot visits to our dealers made me realise there was a certain dissatisfaction within the trade. In order to record this initial impression in an empirical and statistically correct fashion, we commissioned Vocatus to produce an analysis of dealers’ satisfaction. Vocatus presented us with the findings (which were to some extent not very pleasant), but also came up with some solutions. With help from Vocatus, we were already able to markedly increase our business partners’ satisfaction in the first year. Today we set the benchmark for the sector!
Impressions of the "Micro-CHP Unit Focus Group" project: This was a focus group to familiarise ourselves with people’s reasons for opting for a heat and power system of this sort. This focus group meant that we learnt lots of new things about this area of business, which is after all new for Honda. What we’ve learnt will be extremely helpful in positioning the product in the market.
All in all: Very competent, very human, and pleasant to work with. We’re very satisfied with Vocatus, and will also work with Vocatus in the future.

We first partnered with N-Dynamic on a consumer research project in the second half of 2019. The N-Dynamic team, led by Priscilla, is a professional, detailed-oriented, flexible and a fun group to work with. The results of the study were both informative and practical. We since then have worked together with them on other projects and are impressed that N-Dynamic always seeks to give more than what the client is asking for.

Content and methodology that reveals an incredibly high level of expertise
As a former market researcher and in my current function as somebody who’s responsible for eBusiness within the telecoms sector, I’ve now had the pleasure of conducting several extremely complex market research projects with Vocatus. The focus recently has increasingly been on measuring and optimising satisfaction with (online) service. In the eCommerce sector, Vocatus carried out an excellent sales channels study for our company that was based upon specific touchpoints and their characteristics. Up until now we’ve learnt a great deal from this about decision processes, especially in the different sales channels.
To my mind, Vocatus’ work is distinguished by the fact that they don’t offer standard market research, but instead provide very tailor-made approaches whose content and methodology reveal an incredibly high level of expertise; in particular, the recommendations for action are very precisely geared towards the client. In reality it’s like a consultancy service, and its effects are very long-lasting. In individual cases this has resulted in further approaches and workshops that were deployed at employee level.
