As a former market researcher and in my current function as somebody who’s responsible for eBusiness within the telecoms sector, I’ve now had the pleasure of conducting several extremely complex market research projects with Vocatus. The focus recently has increasingly been on measuring and optimising satisfaction with (online) service. In the eCommerce sector, Vocatus carried out an excellent sales channels study for our company that was based upon specific touchpoints and their characteristics. The survey was an even greater success than we could have hoped for
We contracted Vocatus for the execution of a complex customer survey about our chemistry workflow tool - but they did much more than just that: they provided the (business) insights to ensure the results yielded by the survey would be relevant and actionable, as indeed they were. During the execution of the survey and its aftermath, Vocatus was incredibly flexible and timely in responding to our many requests.
